Young International – Flyer Chair – Turquoise – Mazairac and Boonzaaijer – 1980s

This turquoise Young International Flyer chair dates from the 1980s. Pierre Mazairac and Karel Boonzaaijer designed the armchair for Young International, a label or brand of Gelderland. In addition, its sculptural shape and colourful fabric give it a distinctive presence.

Furthermore, the generous proportions make the Flyer chair suitable as a comfortable lounge chair in a living room, reading area or office. Place it beside a low table or use it as a standalone accent chair. In addition, the turquoise upholstery brings colour without making the design feel overly heavy.
