Walter Knoll – 369 Lounge Chairs – Set of 2 – Warm Grey – Germany

Originally, this set of two Walter Knoll 369 lounge chairs was designed in Germany in 1956. Moreover, the warm grey upholstery and soft, organically shaped silhouette give the chairs a calm and inviting presence. They work as a pair in a living room, reading area, reception space or around a low table.

Walter Knoll introduced a new direction in German furniture with designs such as the 369. At the time, much of the German furniture industry still focused on classic, solid forms. This armchair brought a softer and more sculptural character to the interior.

Furthermore, the design remains modern because it balances comfort with a clear outline. You can see influences from the Bauhaus, the avant-garde and Scandinavian design traditions. At the same time, the rounded form makes the chairs feel less formal and easy to combine with other furniture.

Finally, this listing is for a set of two lounge chairs in warm grey. The chairs are in good condition. More chairs may be available on request, so please contact us if you are looking for additional pieces.
