This cool lamp is called Proteo and is designed by Mario Bertorelle for JM RDM Massanzago in Italy in the 1970s. It has scales, so it’s looking like a cobra or dragon. The lamp is inspired by the human spine allow a multitude of creation thanks to all of its metal vertebrae of a relatively matte black that take the desired shape with great flexibility.
The base of the lamps allows its switch to switch between two light intensities. It’s in excellent condition with only minor signs of age.
