Joe Colombo – LEM chair – White Leather – Bieffeplast – Italy – 1960s


This cool chair is named LEM chair and is designed by Joe Colombo for Bieffeplast in 1964. It’s named LEM due to its similarity to a spaceship it was called Lem in honor of Stanislaw Lem, the author of the novel Solaris. This chair has a white lacquered pressed metal frame and the back is covered in white leather. The cushions are made of white leather. This chair is in good vintage condition, with normal signs of age and use.
