IKEA – Moment Sofa – Green – Niels Gammelgaard – 1980s

Unique “Moment Sofa” by Niels Gammelgaard for Ikea from the 1980s. This sofa is one of Ikea’s best-selling sofas at the time. The sofa won several awards at the time, including two Red Dot Awards. Now it is an esteemed designer classic. The design was inspired by a shopping cart when Gammelgaard visited a factory that manufactured it.

The fabric is in a good condition with light signs of use (wrinkels and little stains). The frame is good condition. All the welds are still intact but it has marks on the sides. We have a second green Moment sofa on stock, but that one is missing its armrest pillows.
