IKEA – Isak Folding Chairs – Black – Niels Gammelgaard – 1989

Originally, Niels Gammelgaard designed this set of two black IKEA Isak folding chairs for the 1989 IKEA catalogue. Made in Italy, each chair combines a black metal structure with a black plexiglass seat.

Furthermore, the folding construction makes the chairs practical for flexible interiors. Keep them ready around a dining table, use them at a desk or fold them away when you need extra space. In addition, the black finish works easily with wood, chrome, glass and colourful vintage furniture.

In addition, the Isak chair has a clear, functional appearance. At the same time, the combination of metal and plexiglass gives it the graphic character associated with late 1980s design.

Both chairs are in good original condition. They have superficial scratches on the seats and traces of use on the bases. Finally, please study the photographs carefully for the exact condition of both chairs.
