IKEA – Bogen Table – Anthracite – Tord Björklund – 1986

Tord Björklund designed this IKEA Bogen table, which first appeared in the IKEA catalogue in 1986. This example has an anthracite finish, a versatile colour that works with both colourful and restrained interiors.

The table folds easily, making it practical for smaller rooms, occasional use or flexible living spaces. Fold it away when you need more floor space, or keep it ready as a side table, occasional table or compact work surface.

1986 IKEA Bogen folding table

Tord Björklund gave the Bogen table a simple, functional character. The clean construction keeps the design easy to use, while the folding mechanism adds everyday flexibility. In addition, the anthracite finish gives the table a calm, contemporary appearance.

The table remains in good condition consistent with age and use. Finally, please study the photographs for the most accurate view of the surface, edges and frame.
