This excellent ultra-cool, EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE statement chair is an iconic piece of design history – an original Axvall rocking chair by Modern design legend Niels Gammelgaard, made for Ikea at the turn of the 21st Century and no longer being manufactured, this is one for design lover’s and will make a great investment.

Brilliantly designed but simply constructed, it consists of an enamel covered metal frame with thick elastic cording as the seat – no cushions required! It really is super comfy when you sink into this stunning piece of interior architecture! Danish Modern, Minimalist, Post-Modern, Futuristic, designer, totally different and extraordinarily comfortable – rocking chairs don’t come cooler!
