IKEA – Anna Table + 4 chairs – Karin Mobring – 1960s

This colourful vintage set features the IKEA Anna table, designed by Karin Mobring, together with four red wooden spindle-back chairs. The combination brings a clear Scandinavian character to the dining room while the bright red finish adds a playful accent.

The table has a rectangular top with rounded corners, tapered legs and distinctive domed details at each corner. These details give the otherwise practical form a memorable silhouette. The four chairs continue the language with curved backrests and slender wooden spindles, so the pieces read as one coherent set.

The strong red finish makes the set easy to notice in a kitchen, dining room or creative workspace. At the same time, the familiar wooden construction keeps the furniture approachable. In addition, the rounded corners soften the graphic colour and make the set feel welcoming in daily use.

Condition and set contents

The set shows visible signs of age and use, including scratches to the tabletop and wear to the finish along the edges and chair backs. These marks are part of the vintage character. Please study the product photographs for a close view of the current condition.
